Katarzyna Śreniawa - Pisarska

In 2015 she graduated from legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. In the years 2016-2018 she served her legal training for the profession of anattorney-at-law. In 2019 she passed the professional qualifications exam and was entered into the list of attorneys-at-law in the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

She was a participant of international law schools and seminars, including Democracy - Camp of Cologne (Cologne 2014), Student Forum Maastricht (Brussels 2015), International Summer School of Human Rights (Istanbul 2015), Summer School of Law Economic and Financial (Dublin 2016), Summer School of Intellectual Property Law (Tbilisi 2017) and Winter School of Contract Law (Gabala - Azerbaijan 2018).

In 2012 she graduated from the School of French Law organized by the University of Toulouse and the University of Gdańsk and obtained the diploma confirming the knowledge of legal French language at B2 level issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Paris.

She holds the TOLES Advanced international exam certificate confirming her knowledge of legal English, which she obtained in 2018.

Before joining the Law Firm she gained experience in a Tricity law firm specializing in, among others, conducting commercial disputes. During her studies, she was involved in the activities of the University Student Legal Clinic of the University of Gdańsk.

In her professional practice to date, she has participated in the establishment, merger and transformation of Polish commercial law companies. In addition, she participated in the HVAC market consolidation process on behalf of the Klima-Therm sp.zo.o. with its registered office in Warsaw and cooperated with the Law Firm's team on the sale of Euro Styl S.A. with headquarters in Gdańsk, and the sale transaction of the "Tensor" office park in Gdynia. Moreover, she supported the acquisition process by Euro Styl S.A. of real estate in the area of the Young City of Gdańsk from an entity from the Atrium capital group. She also boasts experience in providing legal services in investment financing processes by banks and credit institutions.
