He has participated in a number of M & A transactions (mergers and acquisitions) on the market of real estate and construction investments, including:
- in 2019 he was responsible for rendering legal serviceconnected with the purchase by Euro Styl S.A. of real estate in the area of the Young City in Gdańsk from an entity from the Atrium Capital group;
- in 2017 heprovided legal service in connection with the sale process of the Tensor Office Park in Gdynia;
- in 2017 he was responsible for legal service in the restructuring and sale process of one of the leaders of the Gdańskreal estate market- Euro Style S.A. to Dom Development S.A.;
- since 2017 he has been providing legal service for the Centaurus construction investment in Olsztyn, which includes the construction of a hotel, a residential, commercial and office part;
- in 2016 he offered legal service in the sales process of the Opera Office building in Gdańsk;
- he advised on the sale of real estate by the entities of the capital group of "NAUTA" Ship repair yard S.A. to the Maritime Port of Gdynia S.A.;
In addition, he has participated in a number of other M & A transactions, including:
- in 2018 he was responsible for legal service of the consolidation process on the HVACR market (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning Refrigeration) conducted by Klima - Therm sp. o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw;
- in the years 2015-2016 he participated in the consolidation process of entities from the shipbuilding industry, including a number of legal audits of commercial law companies;
- in the years 2009-2013 he supervised the purchase of non-performing debt portfolios (NPL) from leading domestic banks (including PKO BP SA, Kredyt Bank SA, Euro Bank SA, Sygma Bank SA and Dominet Bank SA) with a value exceeding PLN 3 billion, and also transactions related to the issue of securities (shares, bonds and investment certificates) and their introduction to trading on the regulated market (BondSpot / GPW Catalyst);
- in 2011-2012 he took part in a lawsuit before the High Court of Justice in London for the payment of PLN 61 million;
Moreover, he has participated in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection.
