She has experience of several years in providing corporate services to commercial law companies, including comprehensive service for governing bodies of companies, creating and reviewing civil law contracts, including contracts with foreign entities, preparing pleadings and legal opinions for clients. She has taken part in the processes of creating, liquidating and transforming commercial law entities as well as negotiating commercial contracts.
Since 2016, as part of cooperation with the Law Firm, she has been responsible for providing legal services to clients from the shipbuilding industry, representingthem in proceedings before common courts, arbitration courts and state administration bodies.
She focuses her professional interests on civil and commercial law, including company law and commercial contract law, as well as labor law, in particular in the field of employee matters.
She has worked at the Law Firm since 2015.
