Kamila Deczkowska

She has earned her Law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Between 2005 and 2008 she completed a court legal practice course. In September 2008 she passed a judicial examination. Between October 2008 and the end of 2011 she worked as a judicial assistant at the 1st Civil Division of the Regional Court in Gdańsk, where she acquired practical knowledge related to the civil court procedure, including in personal rights protection cases, medical malpractice cases and other cases falling within the jurisdiction of regional courts. In 2012 she was entered the list of attorneys-at-law of Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law under no. GD 2198 and since then she has been practicing the profession of an attorney-at-law. She holds an international TOLES Higher Certificate which confirms her advanced knowledge of legal English. To obtain the title of tax adviser, in 2019 she began post-graduate studies in tax law.

She has participated in several legal services companies, including entities from the Capital Group BEST S.A. and companies from the development industry from the Tri-City and Warsaw. As part of the cooperation, she deals with representing clients in court cases, mainly debt collection from clients' contractors at the court stage. She also provides ongoing services to commercial law companies, mainly in the field of contract development, personal data protection as well as internal legislation of these entities.
