Amanda Grzybowska

In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.

Having completed the attorney-at-law training in the years 2017-2019, she passed the professional qualifications exam in 2020 and was entered into the list of attorneys-at-law of Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

In 2019, she completed the training course "Mediation. Preparation for the profession of mediator" organised by the Centre for Legal Training by Dr Grzegorz Frączek.

In her professional practice to date, she has provided legal services to entrepreneurs, including their representation before courts in commercial cases, concerning claims arising from the employment relationship and in registration proceedings, as well as in the drafting of contracts, GDPR documentation and documentation required by labour law.

In addition, she has experience in providing legal services to individuals, in particular with regard to their representation before the courts in civil cases, such as ascertainment of real estate acquisitions, ascertainment of inheritance or claims related to so-called franking credits.
