Agnieszka has many years of experience in commercial law, M&A transactions, and business transformation processes. She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. As part of her work with the law firm, she primarily focuses on corporate services for commercial companies and the drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts.
