Aleksandra Wasik-Duray

In 2018 she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk with a very good grade. In the same year, she successfully passed the entrance examination for the training for the profession of an attorney-at-law, receiving the third best result among those sitting the entrance examination at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

In 2018 she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. In 2018, she commenced post-graduate studies in finances of small and medium enterprises at the University of Gdańsk.

In 2022, she passed the bar exam and was entered on the list of attorneys-at-law to the Gdańsk Bar Association of attorneys-at-law.

In her previous professional practice she participated in establishing capital companies, also for foreign entities, their transformation, liquidation, and introducing changes to corporate structures. In her daily work she deals with the development of internal and external corporate documentation, initiating and monitoring registration processes, preparing and issuing opinions on commercial contracts, pleadings, and contract templates. She supports the Law Firm in the transactions concluded.
