He has been practicing as a legal advisor for 15 years, combining training, lectures, and book publishing. He completed his master's and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
In his professional practice, he focuses on providing ongoing legal services to companies, M&A transactions, agreements and contracts, and conducting court proceedings, primarily in commercial matters.
