A legal advisor since 2019, she specializes in intellectual property law and corporate law.
In her professional practice, she focuses on providing legal services to entrepreneurs, combining substantive knowledge with a practical approach to business needs, supporting clients in both their day-to-day operations and legal proceedings.
She has experience in providing ongoing services to commercial companies, including drafting corporate documentation and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She also has experience in copyright law, including drafting copyright transfer and licensing agreements. She has also supported clients in securing European funding for their projects.
She gained professional experience in law firms and as an in-house lawyer. She has provided services to clients in the publishing, FMCG, and construction/development industries, among others.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź (2010–2015) and completed Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw (2017–2018). She completed her legal training from 2016 to 2018 at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź. In 2019, she passed the legal counselor's exam and was entered onto the list of legal counsels at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Łódź. After moving to the Tri-City area, she was transferred to the list of legal counsels at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk in 2021.
She was actively involved in local government activities – she was a member of the Commission for the Promotion of the Profession at the National Chamber of Legal Advisers and a member of the Commission for Promotion and Marketing at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk, engaging in the process of building awareness and recognition of the legal counsel profession.
