Emilia Walentynowicz-Wysocka - attorney-at-law with several years of experience in providing day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs. In the Law Firm she mainly deals with services for commercial law companies, preparation of internal and external corporate documentation, preparation and evaluation of commercial contracts, including contracts concluded with foreign entities.
Alina Bajonczak - trainee attorney-at-law in the second year at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In the Law Firm, she provides day-to-day services for entrepreneurs and corporate services for commercial law companies, as well as drafting and providing opinions on commercial agreements, including those concluded with foreign entities.
Paulina Jezierska - 5th year student of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. She is a member of the Court Watch Foundation, the Student Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and ELSA Gdańsk. At the Law firm, she supports corporate services for commercial law companies, in particular by providing opinions on civil law contracts, including contracts with foreign entities, debt collection, preparation of pleadings and legal opinions for the needs of the organisational units of companies and their clients.
Kamil Winkler - 5th year student of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. In the Law Firm, he provides support to attorneys-at-law and trainee attorneys-at-law, mainly with regard to due diligence reports.
Amanda Grzybowska - legal advisor at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk. In the Office, she provides legal services to entrepreneurs, in particular with regard to their representation before common courts in civil cases, including commercial cases, as well as the preparation of draft commercial law contracts and documentation required by labour law regulations.
Aleksandra Kloczkowska - 5th year student of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. She is a member of ELSA Gdańsk and the president of the Interdepartmental Association for the Protection of Human Rights. At the Firm, she provides support to attorneys-at-law and trainee attorneys-at-law, mainly with regard to due diligence reports.
Zofia Kowalczyk - a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. In the Firm, she is responsible for supporting legal advisors in the litigation department. So far, she has gained experience in a law firm providing services to individual clients in family and inheritance cases.
Wiktoria Wiśniewska - a second-year student of Informatics at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics at the University of Gdańsk. In the Law Firm she is responsible for supporting the current work of the Officet, including correspondence handling, proper circulation of documentation and meetings with Clients. She prepares drafts of letters, as well as accounts and financial documents related to the activities of the Law Firm. She supports the personnel service, is responsible for the organisation of internal meetings, and ensures the comfort and introduction of new members of the Team.
