Marcin Kwiecień

In 2019 he graduated from legal studies of the Faculty od Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. In the years 2020-2020 he served his legal training for the profession of an attorney-at-law and in 2023 he passed the professional qualifications exam and was entered into the list of attorneys-at-law in the Gdansk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. 

Before joining the Law Firm, he gained experience both in smaller law firms and in a large law firm operating in the international market, advising Polish and international clients. During this time, he participated in diverse legal projects, mainly focused on comprehensive legal services for business entities, including, among others, reorganizations and M&A transactions, incorporation of companies, preparation and analysis of business contracts and related to internal legal processes of the organization.
