Katarzyna Marcinkiewicz

In 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. In 2015, she also completed her bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Gdansk.  

In 2022, she passed the bar exam and was entered on the list of attorneys of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdansk.

In her professional practice, she has been involved in conducting restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, presided over creditors' meetings, conducted negotiations with creditors developing proposals for composition, and drafted restructuring plans on the basis of the chosen business strategy. 

In her daily work, she is involved in the preparation of internal and external corporate documentation, as well as the preparation and review of commercial contracts. She supports the Law Firm in transactions carried out, participating in due diligence projects.
