Agnieszka Grzywacz

In 2010 she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. In 2014, she completed her legal advisor traineeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk. In July 2015, she was entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. In May 2017, she was entered on the list of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk.

She has 11 years of experience in legal consultancy for entities in the energy sector, in particular those dealing with electricity trading and generation of electricity from renewable energy sources, including in particular photovoltaic installations.

She has conducted numerous trainings in the field of energy law, among others. Between 2019 and 2021, she conducted several hundred hours of training for employees of energy companies in the gas and electricity sector. She participated in the work of the Parliamentary Group for Modern Energy, working on the Renewable Energy Act in 2015. From 2015 to 2018 she ran the Energy and Business Blog on energy issues.
