Congratulations to Euro Styl on receiving three awards in the European Property Awards!
The DOKI project and the MONTOWNIA project arising in the Młode Miasto in Gdansk received awards in the prestigious European Property Awards competition. DOKI was named Award Winner in the Mixed-Use Development and Development Marketing categories, and MONTOWNIA in the Commercial Redevelopment/Renovation category.
The International Property Awards is one of the most important events of its kind in the commercial and residential real estate industry, attracting investors from all over the world. Participants submit at the national level, and projects are judged by nearly 100 independent experts associated with the real estate industry, architecture, design and engineering. In the national phase DOKI and MONTOWNIA have been awarded the title of Award Winner in 3 categories and together with other investments from Poland have moved on to further competition. At the beginning of December the best investments from each country will be selected to compete at the continental level.
We are very pleased, because the Law Firm had the pleasure support Euro Styl at every stage of the DOKI investment. So far, our Law Firm's team has assisted, among others: in the acquisition of a real estate in the Młode Miasto in Gdansk and then separating its part and selling it to Torus, which is developing Doki Office, in the acquisition of the historic Montownia building and in the preparation of legal documentation related to the process of sale and lease of serviced apartments, as well as in the preparation of a draft lease agreement for the gastronomy part of the historic Montownia building.
