After many months of intensive work, Euro Styl introduced flats serviced as part of the Doki Living project in the Young City of Gdańsk. It will consist of 114 finished and furnished lofts for rent with areas ranging from 37 to 51 sq m. Full hotel service will be provided by the operator company - it will include a 24-hour reception and concierge services.
The Law Firm was responsible for providing legal services for the transaction of acquisition of the historic facility of Montownia, as well as preparing legal documentation related to the process of sale and lease of serviced flats to the hotel operator. We also advised in the process of regulation of land easements and transmissions relating to the investment site and the merger of properties.
