We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our Team. The tasks in the new role will include:
- managing correspondence and taking care of the correct circulation of documents,
- cooperating with the accounting department with regard to financial, accounting and payroll tasks,
- carrying out commissioned work: reports, statements, editing and proofreading documents,
- handling meetings at the Firm's office,
- supporting the Team in day-to-day operational and organisational activities.
