Expanding the JASIŃSKI Law Firm Team, we are currently recruiting for the position of: Attorney at law | Associate. The tasks in the new role will include:
- day-to-day legal services for entrepreneurs and commercial law companies, including in particular preparation of corporate documentation,
- participation in projects in the corporate area, including projects related to the establishment of companies, mergers and divisions, as well as legal services for corporate bodies,
- participation in projects related to obtaining financing in the banking and bond market,
- providing opinions on contracts, including in English, and supporting the Firm's clients in negotiations with counterparties.
