Jasiński Law Firm is looking for a team member with experience in finance, as well as highly developed skills in document management and implementing administrative processes. If this describes you, we’re waiting for you!
What will your responsibilities include?
- Handling day-to-day office administration (managing documentation, correspondence, recording contracts);
- Organizing office work and ensuring the proper functioning of office infrastructure;
- Issuing invoices, entering cost and sales invoices into the Saldeo system, and collaborating with the accounting department and external service providers;
- Operating systems designed for tracking the time of the law firm's attorneys;
- Preparing summaries, reports, and records;
- Monitoring financial receivables and liabilities;
- Cooperating with the IT service provider to ensure the smooth operation of the law firm's IT systems.
What are our requirements?
- Higher education, preferred fields: administration or finance. We are open to hiring students in their 3rd to 5th year of study in these fields;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level;
- Ability to organize your own work;
- Communication skills;
- Diligence;
- Responsibility for assigned tasks.
