Our client, INOPA Investment Centaurus sp. z o.o., has obtained the occupancy permit for the residential part of the New Business Center "Centaurus" project in Olsztyn. 190 modern apartments with views of the Olsztyn skyline are now ready for occupancy. The client has started handing over units to buyers and selling apartments. Centaurus is more than just a building. It is the first such modern and multifunctional facility in Olsztyn, combining residential units with services. The main tenant of the office section is Citibank Europe PLC, and a Hampton by Hilton hotel has been built right next to it, adding prestige to the entire place. Legal advisors Mateusz Jasiński and Kamila Deczkowska supported the client during the implementation of this project. Given that the investment is multi-phased and still requires coordination in many legal areas, legal advisor Amanda Grzybowska also joined the firm’s representation in the final stage.
