The JASIŃSKI Law Firm had the pleasure of advising Falcon V Systems S.A. with its registered office in Gdynia in the process of obtaining additional financing through a share capital increase.
The share capital was increased through a private issue addressed to a shareholder of Falcon V Systems S.A. - a company of the Liberty Global Group.
Our advisory services were of a comprehensive nature and included legal analysis of the transaction, both in terms of the requirements resulting from legal regulations and agreements between the shareholders of Falcon V Systems S.A., as well as preparation of the documentation necessary to carry out the share capital increase and registration of the increase in the National Court Register. The process went smoothly, according to the assumed strict work schedule agreed with the Customer.
