In June 2024, our Law Office represented Stocznia Remontowa NAUTA S.A. before the National Appeals Chamber. The case concerned an appeal against the outcome of a tender for the modernization of a submarine. Our lawyers, Marcin Deczkowski and Karolina Sikora, effectively defended the client's interests. The competitors' appeal was dismissed, allowing Stocznia Remontowa NAUTA S.A. to proceed with signing the contract.
