Piotr Niczko and Konrad Balcerowski joined the Team

We are pleased to announce that at the beginning of September 2021 attorney-at-law Piotr Niczko and trainee attorney-at-law Konrad Balcerowski joined JASIŃSKI Law Firm's team. 

 

Piotr Niczko is a attorney-at-law with long-term experience in legal advisory in the area of real estate, construction investments, as well as financial agreements on OTC markets based on ISDA type standard. He specializes in commercial real estate transactions, ongoing services in asset management as well as renewable energy sources (RES) projects.

 

In 2010 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He also participated in a student exchange in 2008 studying a semester at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Management Sciences at Université Nancy 2 in France. From 2012 to 2015, he served his legal training at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In 2015, he passed the bar exam and was entered on the list of legal advisors at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and has been practicing as a legal advisor since then. In 2013 he completed postgraduate studies "Negotiations and Mediations in Business" at the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. In 2014 he completed postgraduate studies "Manager's Academy - Modern Practice of Company Management" at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Before joining the Firm, he worked for many years for international law firms in Warsaw, such as Dentons (formerly Salans) and DLA Piper, where he was involved in numerous projects on the commercial real estate market.

 

 

Konrad Balcerowski is a first year trainee attorney-at-law at the Gdańsk Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In the Legal Firm he deals with corporate services for commercial law companies and drafting and providing opinions on commercial agreements.

 

In 2020 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. During his studies he participated in the MOST student mobility program under which, in the academic year 2018/19 he studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

He gained his previous experience working for an IT company, producing and developing software, among others, for public institutions. During his studies he was involved in the activities of Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies Law Academic Society, Students' University Legal Clinic and Citizens' Advice Bureau.
