We are pleased to announce that in December 2024, our lawyers supported our client, PRIME PV P.S.A, in a transaction involving the acquisition of shares in a company specializing in obtaining documentation for the construction and grid connection of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of over 5.5 MW! This is yet another example of renewable energy sources becoming an increasingly attractive investment in the future.
The scope of our lawyers activities included:
- advising on the development of a transaction structure tailored to the needs of both parties;
- analyzing and verifying the project documentation of the special purpose vehicle for the implementation of the PV installation;
- preparing transaction documentation;
- participating in negotiations to secure the interests of our client.
Thanks to the professional engagement of both parties, the transaction was completed on schedule. This was another project in the photovoltaic industry where we had the opportunity to support our clients. We are delighted to have been a part of it and thank you for your trust!
