We are currently recruiting for the position of: Office Manager. Tasks in the new role will include:
- taking care of the proper functioning of the office secretariat, operational and organisational activities in cooperation with the office assistant
- supervision of correspondence handling and correct document circulation
- cooperation with the accounting department in the area of accounting and human resources and payroll, including preparation of HR documents
- day-to-day monitoring of payments and taking care of the financial area
- preparation of reports, statements, editing of documents, as well as offers and internal documentation
- support of the recruitment process and induction of new team members
- marketing activities for the development and publication of web and LinkedIn materials, including graphic design (canva)
- support to the Team in day-to-day operational and organisational activities, in particular support in the use of LegalTech software.
