Klima-Therm Group distributes and manufactures equipment for air conditioning, ventilation and heating. Recipients of Klima-Therm products are investors, general contractors, installers, and users and designers of HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning Refrigeration) systems.
The Firm was founded in 1996, and a year later earned a strategic partner in the distribution of air conditioning systems of the renowned Japanese brand Fujitsu. In 2010, the Company buy Klimor to build its own production facilities. The following year, the Company consolidated all manufacturing activities under the Klimor brand flag. Since 2011, Klima-Therm has been steadily building its own brand of KAISAI air conditioners and heat pumps, increasing its competitiveness on the market. Additional acquisitions of the company Clima-Product, Barbor and Quatrovent in 2018 helped strengthen the Group's expertise. In 2021, the company expanded its basic range of HVACR equipment and systems with new products in the RES (Renewable Energy Sources) category: photovoltaic (PV) modules, inverters and complementary areas.
Group consists of 7 capital-related companies, with a production and distribution profile, employing more than 500 people.
Klima-Therm is an international organization that, in addition to its leading position on the Polish market, successfully carries out its activities in Scandinavia, Germany, the Baltic countries, and outside Europe - in the United States (USA) and Canada, and its products are exported to nearly 40 countries.

The team, consisting of Aleksandra Wasik, Katarzyna Marcinkiewicz, and Róża Bilska, within the scope of the entrusted tasks, provides complete corporate services to companies and conducts and represents them in court, administrative, registration and land and mortgage register proceedings, as well as providing advice on matters related to the employment of employees. We provide business support in the form of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and preparing legal opinions on areas of business activity.
