The development by Euro Styl S.A. is currently underway in the Piecki-Migowo district of Gdańsk, at the intersection of Piekarnicza and Lema streets. The Synteza Housing Estate project includes the construction of seven residential buildings with commercial premises. In addition to commercial space, a recreational zone, playground, and kindergarten will also be built. We had the honor of supporting our Client from the very beginning of this investment!
Our legal assistance included:
- drafting investment agreements with the previous co-investor,
- providing legal services for the merger process of Apartamenty Piekarnicza Sp. z o.o. with Euro Styl S.A.,
- preparing documentation related to the previous investor’s exit from the project,
- legal advisory regarding the relocation of the existing tenant of the area,
- preparing and negotiating the preliminary agreement for the sale of the kindergarten premises.
