We are pleased to inform you that the sale transaction by Euro Styl to Torus real estate with an area of 1.3 ha at priest Jerzy Popiełuszko street in Gdańsk in the areas of the Young City. Over the next few years, office space called Doki Office will be built on the land purchased by Torus. The remaining neighboring 5.5 ha of Euro Styl will be built with a residential part with services, creating Doki Living.

The Law Firm advised Euro Styl at every stage of this project, including the responsibility for preparing its legal structure, preparation of the contract for binding and disposing of sales, as well as other transaction documentation. The project was led by legal counsel Mateusz Jasiński and legal counsel Maciej Lidzbarski.
