As part of our comprehensive legal services, our law firm was responsible for, among other things:
- obtaining the LEI number and registering the client as a participant in the National Depository for Securities (KDPW),
- negotiating the agreement with the issue agent,
- analyzing the extensive documentation related to the corporate bond issuance,
- ensuring the client’s interests were protected as the issuer at every stage of the process.
We are proud to say that the project was successfully completed – with our support, KTGI secured financing to pursue its strategic objectives.
