As part of this support, our legal advisor, Dominika Pacholska-Urbanek, led an online training session for employees of Klima-Therm Polska and Klimor Polska entitled "Warranty, Non-Conformity, or Guarantee?". Nearly 30 people attended the session.
During the training, we discussed, among other things:
- the differences between warranty, non-conformity, and guarantee;
- the buyer's rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods or services;
- the seller's obligations in the event of a complaint;
- the principles of proper complaint handling.
We are pleased that we were able to help the training participants better understand these issues and provide them with practical tips for applying in their daily work.
