We are pleased to announce that attorney Katarzyna Bień has graduated from the post-graduate programme Legal MBA - an innovative training programme that develops business competences for lawyers and takes into account contemporary business and technological trends.
The Legal MBA is designed to create a new generation of lawyers in accordance with the highest educational standards. The comprehensive educational programme combining knowledge and practice consists of 17 days of meetings full of exchange of ideas and experiences. The training sessions included lectures by recognised experts, practice sessions with outstanding practitioners from the areas of law, finance, IT security and the world of new technologies, personal development, communication and project management in a broad way developed the competences of lawyers.
The training programme covered issues such as:
- management of legal projects and the role of a lawyer in a business project;
- knowledge in the area of financial reporting;
- IT security and enterprise protection based on current legal regulations;
- effective implementation of legal department strategies in the context of the latest market trends;
- strengthening competences as a leader and manager;
- efficient communication and building of own brand
Katarzyna Bień's participation in the training cycle improved her qualifications, enriched her competences with skills exceeding the legal knowledge, developed her skills in the area of management, leadership, negotiations, psychology and media relations. The knowledge and experience gained fully meets the expectations that are currently placed on a modern lawyer, whose qualifications must go beyond the traditional understanding of legal services, sometimes becoming a manager navigating in a constantly changing business environment.
