Every project comes with challenges, and the two ambitious undertakings by Euro Styl required swift and precise action from us. In order to initiate the investments, we had to obtain approval from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for the concentration – a process that not only required thorough analysis but also the submission of solid documentation and collaboration with the Office.
Our team rose to the occasion:
- we thoroughly scrutinized each transaction,
- gathered detailed information and documentation regarding the planned transactions,
- prepared concentration notifications based on the collected materials,
- responded to all questions asked by UOKiK.
The result? Approval for both transactions and the green light for the client to proceed with further actions!
