Our client, Euro Styl S.A., has just launched the first investment for sale in the revitalized area of Dolne Miasto! The project is being carried out as part of a public-private partnership between GGI Dolne Miasto (a subsidiary of EURO STYL) and the City of Gdańsk, and it marks the first of many commercial goals for this venture.
"We had the pleasure of representing GGI Dolne Miasto from the very beginning of this project, starting with the acquisition of land from the City of Gdańsk under the public-private partnership (PPP) initiative, right through to obtaining conservation permission to carry out construction work on the historic site," said Mateusz Jasiński, owner of the law firm.
