After nearly five years of intense work, we can finally share with you the news that Euro Styl S.A. has acquired the "Alfa Centrum" Shopping Center in Gdańsk!
As a team at the law firm, we supported Euro Styl S.A. at every stage of the transaction:
- determining its structure,
- submitting the purchase offer,
- conducting negotiations,
- conducting due diligence on the property and lease agreements,
- preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation.
The project was multi-stage, and due to its duration, it required a high degree of consistency from the entire team, both on the business and legal sides, as well as well-coordinated cooperation between the Buyer and Seller – which makes its final outcome all the more satisfying!
This is undoubtedly one of our firm's greatest recent successes in residential real estate transactions. In the coming weeks, we will present the individual stages of our work, introducing the individuals involved, and the challenges they faced.
