We sincerely congratulate the Shiprepair Yard "Nauta" on the 95th anniversary of its activity.
The symbolic date of Nauta's establishment is October 7, 1926 when the Gdynia City Council adopted a resolution on building the shipbuilding industry. The first years of Nauta's operations were focused on the construction of auxiliary units necessary for the construction of the Port of Gdynia. In 2012, the Shipyard transferred most of its production facilities to the area left by the Gdynia Shipyard, which became an impulse for development that enabled Nauta to enter the segment of repairing the largest vessels entering the Baltic Sea. Currently, in four docks and at the quays of Nauta, works related to class surveys, emergency overhauls as well as complicated conversions, including the assembly of ballast water treatment systems, are carried out continuously.
Our team has the pleasure of working with Nauta for over 10 years. On a daily basis, we support the company in its operations by providing corporate services and legal assistance in ongoing matters. In particular, we provide advice on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including those related to repairs and ship and vessel construction. We also provide support in the area of labour law and representation in litigation in all matters within its scope of activity.
